Data Protection Officer

Personal data and their use
If you want to use the ARKUSTO web portal and its services as a registered user, you must fill out the registration form on the website. By completing and submitting this registration form, you provide ARCERES with the following contact details:
- email address
- full name
- billing address (this may be address of the company you work for)
- payment information (credit card) if applicable
Information you provide when filling out and submitting the registration form are necessary to establish a user account and provide isolated environment for your use of ARKUSTO service, that is not shared with other users of the service.
ARCERES respects your privacy and is committed to act carefully and in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, while collecting, storing and processing personal data. To prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of the data obtained and to maintain the accuracy of personal data and ensure their proper use, we use appropriate technical and organizational procedures to secure the data we collect.
We are not sharing your personal data with third parties except for web payment data which are processed by external entity.
Legal basis for processing
Personal data that you provide to us when registering for the ARKUSTO service, are processed with your clear and unambiguous consent, based on Article 6 section 1, (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by logging in to ARKUSTO, opening your user profile, where you will find means to terminate your user account and thus deleting all your personal data. You can also request termination by e-mail to the aforementioned DPO address.
Your rights
In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification, right to erasure ("to be forgotten"), the right to portability, the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data and the right to object.
You can review, change or delete your data at any time by clicking the menu option "User profile".
If you believe that your rights or regulations on personal data protection have been violated, You can complain to the competent state body:
